I am not sure if this is the best place to post this or not but I have a question regarding enabling the LDAP extension for PHP. I have installed PHP 5.3.24 using the Web Platform Installer on a Windows 2012 Standard server. Windows 8 Hp Laserjet 1010.

It seems to have installed correctly as I am able to view PHP files added to my wwwroot folder. Now, I need to add the LDAP extensions for PHP and am getting stuck trying to find the correct documentation. Many sources seem to indicate I should be able to go to Control Panel->Programs and Features and select PHP to 'change' it there, however, PHP is not showing up in my list of installed programs there. Can anyone shed any light on how to set up LDAP extensions for PHP? Thanks in advance.
