So now what, I have to go buy a whole new printer & help destroy the environment by throwing this printer with glass scanner in trash b/c HP wont let us use ink from another manufacturer. They should be investigated for this. And they also try to take over your whole desktop forcing software & license agreements to be installed to use the printer that I paid for.
