I would like to suggest you to uninstall and reinstall touchpad driver for your laptop: Refer to the steps below and see if that helps: 1. Press Windows+R keys to open the RUN Prompt. 2. Type devmgmt.msc in the RUN prompt and hit enter to open Device Manager. 3. From the list of the devices listed on the left panel, click the + sign in front of Mouse and other pointing devices. 4. Right-click the device listed below Mouse and other pointing devices and select Uninstall. 5. Click OK to confirm removal of the device. 6.After un-installing the current touchpad drivers, go the manufacturer website below.
