Ask around here to see if anyone has the camera and email/messenge you the file. I found only the RAW can tell you how good this camera/lens is. According the JPEG in imaging resource website, the C-7070 and 20D have close image quality, but when I got to the RAW files, there was no way to compare.

C-7070 lost a lot of detail in RAW level compare with 20D. They are not even close! Unfortunately, most review only compare the JPEG fine compress, where the algorithm kicks in. At least for that part, I won't listen to those review again. I would rather ask ppl get me a raw file or rent one to take some shot myself and look at them myself. For the Nikon D2x, he's got one JPEG image converted from RAW (NEF) at 9.9mb of a red apartment building. Compare that one with similar images for the Nikon D70S or even the Canon 1Ds.

Adobe Photoshop Cs6 Deutsches Sprachpaket. Go to 100% and have a look at the chimney and surrounding roof tiles. Also have a look at the traffic signs. Prints would even be better for comparison. I know, RAW would be better, but in the meantime, that's all I can come up with.

The DR is good enough to very good, the resolution is way more then you need, noise levels and sharpness are excellent, but there's one thought that comes to my mind: Why read Dostoevsky, when you can watch a movie, say Django Unchained?
