I seem to be having two issues; won't recognize the keyboard & mouse and during the start up it won't load, it just flashes. Here's my steps. 1 Turn on 2 Blue HP logo screen opens and the message at the bottom reads 'Press escape key for StartUp menu' (cannot hit escape because the keyboard no longer seems to work but previously had.) 3 Receive 'Windows Error Recovery' screen. (Cannot select 'Safe Mode' because the keyboard & mouse no longer seem to work but had previously.) 3 Automatically loads as 'Start Windows Normally' 4 'Starting Windows' (logo appears underneath) 5 Screen starts flashing & won't load (bottom of the screen reads Windows 7 Home Premium) Before I can try any trouble shooting I need to get the mouse & keyboard to sync up.
